      As this study analyzes institutional problems for development of foodservice industry on focused the present state of affairs in Korea, the government regards food service industry as an infra-structure and brings it up for future-oriented industry. Therefore the study on regulation and institutional improvement, and supporting plan. To be promoting foodservice industry as follows; Firstly, policy planning department of foodservice industry is founded in government agency. Secondly, we think over making system in law of foodservice industry, regarding efficiency of the system marking the origin of product, imposing the principle of equity in the value added tax, reconsidering policy of credit card by improved law of foodservice industry. Thirdly, we need more investitive in training expert of foodservice industry. Lastly, they raise Korea`s competitive power and the quality of people`s living as establishing professional education facilities and supporting law and financial systems in advancing into outside countries. At the same time, they need the development among industries in balance.
