his study is to understand the impact of 'Delivered-to-Work(D2W) Concert' as part of Culture Day. The Culture Day is presented on the last Wednesday of every month to promote cultural participation of the public. Initiated by Arts Council Korea in 2015, D2W Concert is a concert series visiting workspaces to provide office workers with more chances of participating in performing arts. It was planned as a primary access program to defy the workers' lack of time to participate in cultural activities. It is composed of over 2,000 different events. The framework to analyze the impact of the concert project was developed focusing on the intrinsic benefits of the arts, which are discussed based on the social impact of the arts theory. The research methods include monitoring the events and conducting satisfaction surveys that targeted 40 enterprises between July and November in 2015. As a result, the workers' satisfaction and their commitment to the future participation in the arts was increased, which confirmed the positive impact of D2W Concert. For the future research, we suggest to develop more specific indicators that can measure how primary satisfaction affects inner satisfaction.
