수출제조기업의 친환경공급사슬관리(SCEM)성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국 수출제조기업의 환경경영의 일환으로 기업의 친환경공급사슬관리 관행에 영향을 미치는 요소가 무엇인지 연구하고자 하였다. 이와 함께 친환경경영에 따른 수출제조기업의 친환경공급사슬관행이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다.
연구 결과는 정부의 기업에 대한 환경규제가 높을수록 그리고 제품생산 이전에 재사용, 재활용을 고려하고 아울러 에너지 절감 등을 감안하여 제품을 설계하고, 제품사용 후에는 회수에 따른 폐기랑 감소 등을 고려한 역물류 관리 활동은 기업의 친환경공급사슬에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 친환경에 의한 공급사슬관리가 수출제조기업의 사업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 수출기업의 친환경 경영은 기업의 경쟁력을 향상시켜 사업성과도 좋아지는 것을 알게 되었다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The goal of this paper is to study how antecedent factors of SCEM practices affect supply chain environment management (SCEM) practices of Korean exporting manufacturing firms. Along with that, whether SCEM practices have effects on the business performance of theirs or not is examined.
Referring to previous studies, this study uses the antecedent factors of SCEM practices such as green purchase , environmental regulation, partnership, organizational cooperation, and reverse logistics.
The result of this study based on the above, environmental regulation
and reverse logistics affect SCEM practices of Korean exporting manufacturing firms. And SCEM practices affect the business performance of theirs.
