This is case a report that is the restoration of depressed facial contour by autogenous dermal graft after industrial accident.
Patient, 34 years old male, was referred to our department from local hospital for evaluation and definitive treatment of the traumatic injuries on the face which was developed by industrial accident.
On the basis of clinical and radiographic examination, he was diagnosed as the rupture of facial and internal maxillary artery, compound comminuted fractures of right mandible and maxilla, fracture of the right zygomatic arch, multiple laceration on the right face and multiple teeth injuries.
Ruptured arteries and multiple lacerated wound were treated with ligation of bleeding points and emergency suture under general anesthesia via tracheostomy site. Fractured mandible was treated with open reduction and interosseous and intermaxillary fixation with arch bar and wiring.
On the 4 months after trauma, depressed facial contour was restorated with dermal graft.
On the 50 das after dermal graft, depressed facial contour was restorated without complication.
