대학생의 ADHD 성향과 감각처리특성의 상관관계 = Correlation Between ADHD Tendency of University Students and Sensory Processing Feature

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 ADHD 성향의 대학생과 비성향의 대학생의 감각처리특성을 알아보고, ADHD 성향과 감각처리특성의 상관관계, 감각처리특성의 요소 간의 상관관계를 알아보는 것
이다. 연구는 2012년 9월부터 2013년 3월까지 209명의 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사하였다.
설문지는 개인적 특성에 관한 것 5문항, ADHD 성향 검사 18문항, 감각처리능력 검사 60문항으로 총 83문항이었다. 회수된 설문지 중 불성실한 응답을 제외하고 총 197개의 설문지를
SPSS 18.0 버전으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대학생 ADHD 성향 유무에 따라 감각처리특성에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 특히 ADHD 성향과 감각처리특성의 감각예민과 감각
회피는 상관관계가 있었다. 감각예민과 감각회피를 보이는 대학생은 각 감각처리특성의 요소와 관련성을 보였다. 전문가들은 성인 ADHD를 대상으로 평가시 일상생활 속의 다양한 감각
경험으로 인해 고통 받고 있음을 이해하고, 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Aim of study was to investigated the correlation between sensory processing feature and university student with ADHD tendency. This study was performed
from September 2012 to March 2013 using questionnaires. The questionnaire were consisted of total 83 items (personal characters 5, ADHD symptoms 18 and
sensory processing features 60). Mean scores of K-AADHDS were 43.68±5.64 in the group with ADHD tendency and 31.29±5.93 in the control group. Depend on
the existence of the ADHD tendency, statistically different sensory processing features (low registration, sensory sensitivity and sensory avoiding) were presented.
Group with ADHD tendency was statistically correlation in the sensory sensitivity and sensory avoiding in the sensory processing feature. Group with ADHD tendency
accompanied the sensory processing problems. Thus, when therapists evaluate and therapy for university student with ADHD tendency in the practice, they will consider
sensory processing abilities.
