    Mesozooplankton samples were collected during February to October 2014 in order to analyse change in the meso zooplankton community in Hallyeohaesang National Park the around sea of korea. 111 taxa (56 species) were sampled, 73 taxa (32 species) in Park and 56 taxa (24 species) in Control. Them, the highest abundance was detected in winter, and the lowest in spring, with average abundance ranging from 1,656~12,795 indiv. m−3, among which Noctiluca scintillans predominated. N. scintillans, Paraclanus copepodite, Corycaeus affinis, Oikopleura spp., were the most abundant species collected. Non-meric multidimensional scaling (nMDS) divided into a group in winter, six groups in spring, autumn and three groups in summer. Our results suggested that the community structure of zooplankton observed in this study might be affected partly by the seasonal changes with temperature, salinity and environmental variables.
