부산시 상업지역 가로공간 조명 실태조사 및 개선방안 = A Field Study on improve Lighting Street commercial area in Busan

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research is to analyze and improve the street lighting of commercial area in Busan. The results are below. First, efficient use of lighting resources-Get rid of unnecessary lighting and use the public lighting resources to enhance the lighting. Second, too much brightness can cause visual uncomfort and this can also be the cause of crime. Third, Efficient lighting of the walking street space is needed rather than useless the lighting of penthouse and revision of lighting policy considering only vista is also needed. Fourth, lighting plan without considering the use and purpose of the area is inappropriate and amendment of the regulation based on actuality is needed. Generally necessity of public lighting in the commercial area is higher than that of the residential area. But the regulation is opposite. Fifth, lighting plan considering visual context is needed.
