전환기 원불교의 포교전략 -정신개벽과 창립정신의 재모색- = Propagation Strategy of Wonbuddhism in the Transition Period -Reconsideration on Spiritual Opening and Founding Spirit-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Generally, each religion has experienced great development or regression by its own 100 years history or met its new transition period. In this point, Wonbuddhism is in the state of transition over its 100 years history.
In the transition period, it is necessary to reconsider its original spirit. Based on the view of history as the Great Opening, Wonbuddhism has its own goal to establish the new spiritual civilization in the harmony of new science and spirit. Establishing the new spiritual civilization requires the great spiritual opening. While there are various religious dogmas such as Il-Won-Sang, Sa-Eun and Sam-Hack, to work towards the goal of spiritual opening is Wonbuddhism's real motive. The basic way for the spiritual opening is the four great principles, which is Wonbuddhism's main concept to present its own identity.
Based on the four great principles, the reconsideration over the overall propagation works is necessary. In the process of the reconsideration, the various interpretations of religious dogmas, the changes of Wonbuddhism's organization and system, the reestablishment of the relationship with Buddhism, and the suggestion of its own new vision can be to consist of the bases to practice the spiritual opening and the four great principles.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

종교의 역사는 대개 100년을 기점으로 성장과 퇴보 혹은 새로운 변화의 기점이 이루어진 면이 있다. 원불교는 이제 그 역사가 100년을 넘어서는 역사적 전환기에 있다.
전환기에는 그 본래 정신을 다시 살펴야 한다. 원불교는 후천개벽의 역사관에 바탕하여 새로운 과학문명과 도학문명이 조화를 이루는 새로운 정신문명 건설을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이 정신문명 건설을 위해서는 정신개벽이 꼭 필요하다. 일원상 사은 삼학 등의 원불교 각종 교리가 있지만 정신개벽의 목적을 향해서 나가자는 것이 원불교 존재의 이유와 목적이라고 할 수 있다. 그 정신개벽을 향해서 나가는 기본 방향로는 사대강령이 된다. 사대강령은 원불교의 정체성을 확인할 수 있는 중요한 교리적 개념이다.
사대강령에 바탕하여 원불교가 행하는 전반의 교화사업을 재분석하는 것도 필요하다고 본다. 이러한 것들을 재분석하고 재정립하는 과정에서 교리 해석의 다양화, 교단 제도조직의 변화, 불교와의 관계 재정립, 새로운 미래의 비젼 제시 등은 정신개벽과 사대강령의 실천을 위한 기본 여건 형성이라고 하겠다.
