上場企業의 轉煥社債發行과 株式轉煥에 관한 硏究 = A Study on the Stock Conversion Issuing of Convertible Bond Listed Companies

In this paper, We reviewed and discussed on convertible bonds, and explained effects for convertible bonds.
As discussed above, convertible bonds is to conver into issuing company stock by an intension of stock owner.
In issuing convertible bonds, repayment and external interest rate, conversion cost and issuing condition, no connection with company size, grade credit, stock trends, are uniformly determined.
To promotion non guarnteed convertible bond issuing, nonguranteed bond issuing rather than guaranteed bond are profitable to the issuing company.
