학교다양화 정책 속에서 살펴본 혁신학교의 성과 및 과제 = The result and the task of the autonomous school and the innovation school in the policy of the school diversification

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Following the diversification of the university, the form of high school is coming out very variously. The system of high school is managed by the form, the high school, the special-purpose high school, the vocational high school and the autonomous high school. Meanwhile, there are managed to the autonomous school and the innovation school by the operated feature. This thesis examined into the result and the problem of the autonomous school and the innovation school, the coming overcome problem in the focus of the managing feature. For this, we had interviewed with four teachers, a principal and three parents of the innovation school. In the result, there are some issues to need to improvement. First, the increasing of the innovation school. Second, the increasing of the finances and the continuous financial investment to success of the innovation school. Third, the expansion of the active reflection with the school parent and the community resident. Fourth, the continuous management groping of the innovation school. Fifth, the incentive preparation such as, the publication of the casebook about the innovation school, the award about the excellent school, the reinforcement of the teacher training.
