초등학교 표준 교육 활성화 방안 연구 = The Study of Strategy Development for Elementary School Standard Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to strategy development for elementary school student's standard hands-on activity education. The method of this study was literature review. This study was conducted by literature review of standard, standard education and practical arts education. The major results of this study were as follows; 1) The basic materials development for elementary school student's standard hands-on activity education. 2) The pre-service teacher education for elementary school student's standard hands-on activity education. 3) The implementation for elementary school student's standard hands-on activity education. 4) The in-service teacher education for elementary school student's standard hands-on activity education. 5) The middle and long term strategy developmemt for elementary school student's standard hands-on activity education. Finally, the results of this research provided the basic data that develops the elementary teacher’s standard education in-service training. And this will contribute for the elementary school teacher to promote his specialities of standard education. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop hands-on activity programs for elementary student’s standard education. Based on this result, ① it is necessary to establish a legal basis to support education to cultivate standard literacy in general education of elementary, middle and high school. ② In order to practice standard education, it is necessary to establish a cooperation system between standard related organizations and educational institutions. ③ In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to establish a standard education portal site to provide integrated information on standards and standard education, and to establish a system in which all human and material resources related to standard education can be integrated online. ④ It is necessary to train standard education experts and to educate experts on school visits for standard education practice of schools.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

표준의 정의와 미래 사회에서 표준의 중요성 및 교육 철학의 흐름은 우리 나라의 초등 교육에서 표 준 교육에 대한 새로운 방향을 제시하고 있다. 그러므로 초등학생들이 우리의 일상 생활과 산업에서 표준과 표준화의 중요성을 인식할 수 있도록 하는 표준 교육의 활성화가 반드시 필요할 것이라는 교육 적 확신이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적인 초등학교 표준 체험 교육 방안 연구를 위해 문제인식, 문헌연구, 방안제시 단계로 연구를 수행하였다. 문제인식 단계에서는 우리 생활에서 표준의 중요성을 기반하여 초등 교육에 있어 표준 체험 교육을 활용한 표준 교육 활성화의 필요성을 인식하였으며, 문 헌연구 단계에서는 표준과 표준 교육 관련 문헌 및 선행연구 고찰을 실시하였다. 그리고 방안 제시 단 계에서는 관련 문헌 분석을 토대로 표준 체험 교육을 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 초등학교 표준 교육 활성화 방안은 크게 ① 초등 표준 교육을 위한 기초 자료 개발, ② 초등 표준 교육 교원 및 전문가 양성, ③ 초등 표준 교육 실행, ④ 교육 현장 표준 교육 지원, ⑤초등학교 중·장기 표준 교육 활성화 방안의 다섯 가지로 제시하였다. 이에 기초한 제언으로 ① 초·중·고등학교의 일반 교육에서 표준 소양을 함양하는 교육을 지원할 수 있는 법적 근거를 마련할 필요가 있다. ② 표준 교육 실천을 위해서는 표준 관련 기관과 교육 관련 기관의 협조 체제 구축이 필요할 것이다. ③ 4차 산업혁 명 시대에 표준과 표준 교육에 관한 통합적인 정보를 제공하기 위해 표준 교육 포털 사이트를 구축하 여 표준 교육에 관한 모든 인적, 물적 자원이 온라인에서 통합될 수 있는 체제의 구축이 필요하다. ④ 학교의 표준 교육 실천을 위해 표준 교육 전문가의 양성과 전문가의 학교 방문 교육이 필요하다.
