농업인의 직무 만족도와 교육만족도의 관계에서 학습동기의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effect of Learning Motivation in the Relation Between the Job Satisfaction and Education Satisfaction of Farmers - Focusing on farmers who attended to Farmer College Education Program of the Northern Gyeonggi-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 농업인의 직무 만족도와 교육만족도 관계에서 학습동기의 매개 효과를 검증하고자 하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 경기북부농업기술센터의 농업인대학교육프로그램에 참여한 농업인 315명이며, 설문조사 기간은 2017년 5월 10일부터 6월 20일
이었다. 회수된 설문지 300부 중 불성실 응답을 제외한 176부를 대상으로 SPSS 23.0과 Macro 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 3단계 회귀분석을 실시하였다.
연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업인들의 직무 만족도과 농업인교육프로그램 만족도, 학습동기 간에는 정적으로 유의한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 농업인들의 직무 만족도와 교육만족도의 관계에서 학습동기를 구성하는 목표지향 동기, 활동지향
동기는 부분 매개효과가 있었으나 학습지향 동기의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 농업인들의 직무 만족도를 증진시킬 수 있는 방안과 학습동기를 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to verify the mediating effect of learning motivation in the relation between the jab satisfaction and education satisfaction of farmers. The subjects of the study were 176 farmers among 315 who attended to Farmer College Education Program of the Northern Gyeonggi Agricultural Technology Center and the questionnaire was
performed between May 10 and July 20, 2017. The descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and 3 level regression analysis were done for the 176 cases except for the insincere responses using SPSS 23.0 and Macro program. The main results of this study were as follows. First, there was a positive significant correlation between the job
satisfaction of farmers and the satisfaction of the education satisfaction for farmers and the learning motivation. Second, the goal oriented motivation and activity oriented motivation which were composing the learning motivation in the relation between the job satisfaction and education satisfaction of farmers showed a partial mediating effect,
but the mediating effect of the learning oriented motivation was not significant. Based on those results, it suggested ways of increasing the job satisfaction and the learning motivation of farmers.
