社會福祉 行政組織의 改革方向에 관한 硏究 = Organizational Reform in Social Welfare Administration

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The social welfare institutions and activities and its service delivery systems have been changed by the many contextual factors. These days, the reform of social welfare organization and the scope of activities is needed due to privatization. The purpose of this study is to search for the desirable pattern in social welfare administration in the presumption that the service deliverly systems of social welfare are closely related to the reform of social welfare.
In terms of the result of this study, the desirabl social welfare organization in the future is designed by having the balance system among such principles as selectivism and universalism. In other words, the integration of social welfare organization should be considered in order to meet the expansion and multiplication of the social welfare need.
