고등학교 진로상담 현황과 프로그램 개발 = The high school career counseling status and program development

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop ‘The Psychological Approach to Career Counseling Program’reflecting survey data from the current system of high school career counseling. Subjects of survey were career counseling teachers who belong to 37 high schools in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Inchon. The current career counseling system was revealed to be insufficient in terms of independence, professional specialty and provided content. Counseling requirements focused mainly on practicality in relation to college admissions. The program reflected these survey findings and based empathetic trust, life story of personal, and relation-approach. The program will integrate career counseling with college decision-making. The program consists of 8-week group counseling sessions which will last 70~80 minutes per week. Participating subjects are high school students undecided in their career paths. This program would consider cognitive and emotional obstacles, and encourage the integration of personal life-cycle situations and other personality traits into sound and mature career decision-making.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 고등학교 진로상담운영현황과 상담요구에 대한 조사 결과를 반영한 ‘심리 상담적 진로상담’ 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 진로상담운영현황과 상담요구조사 대상은 서울과 경기·인천지역 37개 고등학교에 소속한 진로 및 진학 담당교사였다. 진로상담실 운영은 독립성, 전문성, 제공내용 면에서 여전히 미흡한 현실이 확인되었고, 희망하는 진로상담 내용은 진학관련 현실적 정보에 관한 요구가 높았다. 조사결과를 반영한 프로그램은 공감적 신뢰관계, 생애스토리 그리고 관계적 접근법에 기저 하여, 심리 상담적 접근을 시도하였다. 아울러 진로통합 결과를 진학의사결정단계로 이끌어 진로상담 틀 속에 진학상담을 일원화 하였다. 프로그램 참가대상은 진로미결정 상태 고등학생이며, 주 1회 70분~80분을 할애하는 총8주 집단 상담이다. 본 프로그램은 인지적 정서적 장애요소, 생애 상황, 개인 특성을 진로결정 차원에서 통합하고 생애 주기 시각에서 진로를 조망하도록 조력하여 진로성숙성을 제고할 것이다.
