나리의 효과적인 인편번식을 위한 온도, 상토 종류 및 건조 일수별 자구형성과 비대에 미치는 영향을 구 명하는 실험을 수행하였다. 온도처리는 오리엔탈, 종간 교잡, 아시아틱계통은 20oC, 나팔나리는 25oC가 효과 적이었다. 자구형성과 비대에는 ‘Yelloween’은 코이어, ‘Babaresco’는 버미큘라이트 또는 코이어, ‘Orange Pixie’는 버미큘라이트, ‘Gelria’는 피트모스가 효과적이 었다. 뿌리길이는 품종별로 차이는 있지만 나리용 상토 에서 다소 양호하였다. 건조일수별 자구형성과 비대는 ‘Yelloween’은 3일 이상, ‘Babaresco’와 ‘Orange Pixie’ 는 1일, ‘Gelria’는 0.5일이 효과적이었다. 포장 양구 시 ‘Yelloween’의 맹아율은 3월 정식구가 80%로 가 장 높았다. 맹아소요일수는 5월 정식구부터 단축되는 경향이었으나 맹아율은 3월 정식구보다 낮았다. ‘Yelloween’의 포장 정식시기별 구중은 3월 하순부터 4월 하순까지 비대량이 많았고, 정식시설별로는 비가림 시설>망실>노지 순으로 맹아율이 높았으며, 구중은 노 지재배구에서 가장 높았다.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of temperature, bed medium and scale drying days on scaling and bulblet enlargement of lily. The effective temperature for scaling was 20oC in oriental, asiatic and hybrid lines, and 25oC in L. longiflorum. The effective bed medium for scale bulblet formation and enlargement was coir (coconut peat) in ‘Yelloween’, vermiculite or coir in ‘Babaresco’, vermiculite in ‘Orange Pixie’, and peatmoss in ‘Gelria’. Lily mixture (perlite:peatmoss:rice hull at 1:1:1, v/v/v) was better for root growth than other media. For formation and enlargement of bulblets as affected by scale drying days, more than three days was effective for ‘Yelloween’, one day for ‘Babaresco’ and ‘Orange Pixie’, and half day for 'Gelria'. Sprouting ratio was higher (80%) in March planting of bulblets in ‘Yelloween’ than other planting dates in April and May. Days to sprouting were shortened in the planting in May, but sprouting ratio was lower as compared to that of planting in March. Optimal planting date for increase of bulblet weight of ‘Yelloween’ was between late March and late April. Cultivation under the rain shelter was more effective for increasing sprouting ratio than that in an isolation chamber or field. Field culture of bulblets was effective for the increase of bulb weight.
