선박충돌흔의 법과학적 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

해양사고에 대한 원인규명 및 과학적인 조사를 지원하고자 사고조사방법과 이화학적 분석방법을 제시하고 이를 토대로 두 가지 사례에 적용, 분석 하였다. 첫 번째 사례는 선박의 충돌흔을 분석하여 두 물질 사이의 유사성을 검토하였으며 두 번째 사례는 폐기물 내부에 페인트 성분의 함유여부를 분석하였다. 정밀분석을 위하여 현미경, 적외선분광계 및 열분해가스크로마토그래프를 사용하였으며 그 결과 각 사례별로 사고 경위를 파악하는데 도움이 되는 객관적 분석결과를 얻었다. 이러한 과학적 증거 분석은 증거재판주의로 변화하는 형사소송법에 입각해 적절한 사고규명방법으로 판단되며 나아가 해상사고를 예방하는 방안을 마련하는데 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To examinate the cause of marine accident and to support scientific investigation, we suggested the method of accident investigation and physical-chemical analysis and applied this method to two case. In first case, we investigated the similarity between two materials through analysing the evidence of ship collision. In second case, we analysed whether the component of paint is contained in wastes or not. For detailed analysis, we used Stereoscopic Microscope, Microscope Infrared Spectroscopy and Pyrolyzer GasChromatography. In result, we got the objective analysis data to help to catch on to circumstances about accident. Lately, because the law about criminal action is changed on the objective evidence, such scientific analysis is very important. Furthermore we expect this can be useful to prepare how to protect marine accident.
