영국의 신관리주의 기반 사회서비스 공급자 및 일자리 관리 정책의 함의

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In recent years, It is the rapidly growing that social policies to create social services and social jobs. Therefore the needs for management policies of these policies are really high. This study aimed at finding the direction of management policies about social services and jobs in the Korea through a case study of the UK that is very experienced. The UKs management policies based on the new managerialism have construct to partnership structure to the balance of the managerialism and the consumerism. The contents in the UK that have introduce to the Korea are following. At first, the government must promotes the quality of social care service, social care work and growing of social carer through a unific approach to the management of social care service and creation of social jobs. There are needed a new conception through unification of every kind of structures as well as establishing of National minimum standard. In the concrete, (1)An unification with social service carers qualification standard and a quotation system of qualification, (2)A strength of legal standard and an increase of government aid about training program for social carer, (3)An integrating the established and the fresh management agencies, (4)A consideration of the new frame for coordinating the public and the private sector, the general and the local government.
