다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Rul-based Expert system is designed to Construct the well-structured Decision Marking Path for Data Selection. The processes of selection Data are classified four sections in the view of selection policies and technolgies.
First, General factors like lauguage, year, area etc. are checked, Second, Subject-defined elements like Budget-limit, material type etc. are examined for Document appropriateness to the application Library, third, individual cheking points about the Documents like Intellectual level, paper, bounding status etc. are distinguished, forth, Auxiliary facts are established for the exceptional matters and Independant works, Rules are two types, one is numerical, the other logical(descriptive) and as to the Inference engine Rule-Value approach and logical inference are used.
