벤처기업의 인적자원관리 : 인터넷 벤처기업을 중심으로 = Human Resource Management of Venture Firms

국문 초록 (Abstract)

벤처는 일반 대기업보다 사람에 대한 의존도가 높다. 막대한 자본이나 특별한 장비 혹은 시설이 없는 상황에서 지식과 기술을 보유한 핵심인력만으로 벤처가 시작되고, 다시 인재 보강을 통해 사업을 확대 발전시키는 것이 일반적인 벤처기업의 성장과정이다. 그만큼 인력이 중요하다는 것이며, 그 유지를 위해서는 채용과 성과 보상책 등 인사관리의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 벤처기업의 인사관리 실태 분석을 기본 목적으로 한다. 인터넷 벤처기업은 인터넷과 벤처의 특징을 모두 갖춘 기업 즉 인터넷 비즈니스에 참여하고 있는 벤처기업이라 할 수 있다. 인터넷 벤처기업을 크게 웹 구축 및 웹 접속을 포함한 웹 지원분야와 웹 활용분야로 구분하였다. 이러한 인터넷 벤처기업에서의 인사관리의 전체적인 현황이나 특징 및 방향을 고찰하고, 인사관리 각 기능별로 그 중요성을 살펴보았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The nation's Internet venture firms are rapidly developing that is influenced by internet diffusion and information revolution. Especially the number of venture firms have increased tremendously while existing companies have shrunk heavily since IMF. Like this for a short time amplification of concern on venture firms resulted from the correspondence systematic support of government with downsizing problem, technology cultivation problem, labor market condition, etc. According to the Small and Medium Business Administration(SMBA), there are 9,528 venture companies in Korea by November, up 93.1% over 4,934 as of the end of last year. Most of venture firms do internet-related business as the main part, therefore Electronic Commerce(EC) market is enlarging rapidly, The worth of venture firms depends on employing the talented because venture firms are based on creative idea and unique technology. Venture fms grant high yearly salary and stock option to competent person so as to entice them. But maintenance management leaves much to be desired. Human Resource Management(HRM) of Internet venture firms is very important, nevertheless there were few study of this sort.
