사회적 기업가 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 의식조사 연구 - 충북지역 사회적 기업가 및 전문가 집단을 중심으로 - = Survey on Educational Needs for Developing Social Entrepreneurship Program - Focused on Social Enterprise Workers and Expert Group in Chungbuk Area -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze educational needs for developing social entrepreneurship program in Chungbuk area. There are two research objects for this study: First, needs survey of social enterprise workers, second, an expert group on social enterprise. And the differences in result between the two groups were evaluated as follow: Social enterprise workers have more interest in economic value than expert group which has concern for social value. The implication of this study is that, in Chungbuk area, coordination between workers and experts who participate in social enterprise will be involved in development cycle of social entrepreneurship program in addition to university curriculum as middle-long plan. In addition the government should provide resources for financial assistance available to workers pursuing social enterprises.
