「참여정부」의 사립학교법 개정과정 분석: Allison Model의 적용을 중심으로 = An Analysis on The Private School Law Amendment Process of Roh Moo-hyun government: Focused on Application of Allison`s Model

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is the purpose of this study to analyze on The Private School Law amendment process of Roh moo-hyun government in korea on application of G. T. Allison`s decision making model. Allison`s model has three different dimensions so called rational actor model, organizational process model and government politics or bureaucratic politics model to explain decision making case in policy This paper applies Allison`s model to case of decision making on the Private School Law amendment process of Roh moo-hyun government in korea by analyzing five constituent elements of each model such as concept of policy, goal of policy, rule of policy making, consistency of policy making and location of power. As a results of application, the paper conclude The Private School Law amendment process of Roh moo-hyun government can be applied to the modelⅡ.
