중소기업 지원체계 개편방안 = Restructuring for SMEs' Support System

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The support system for SMEs should be reformed on the belief that the past system for the protection and promotion now needs to focus on improving the competitiveness with cooperation since the business environment around SMEs is rapidly changing. First of all, the policy should establish the distinguished goal according to SMEs’ demands and qualities for the policy-receivers, breaking away from the uniform and conservative support systems. As Small and Medium Enterprises Basic Law is amended to meet the environment change of global economy, the annexed law should be revised. It is important to increase the policy applications for SMEs by simplifying the policy delivery system and enhancing its access. In addition, it is also necessary to transform the support structure of SMEs with the unceasing dispute on consolidation into custom structure for demanders.
