우울에 대한 모래놀이치료 연구동향 : 2007년에서 2023년까지 학위 및 학술지를 중심으로 = The Research Trends on Sandplay Therapy for Depression : Focusing on Degrees and Academic Journals from 2007 to 2023

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국내에서 이루어진 우울에 대한 모래놀이치료 연구 동향 분석을 분석하여, 우울개선과 관련된 모래놀이치료의 연구방향을 모색하고 치료적 연구를 하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상에 포함된 논문은 2007년부터 2023년까지 이루어진 국내 연구를 58편이다. 연구결과, 우울과 모래놀이치료 연구는 매년 평균 3.4편의 연구가 지속적으로 이루어졌다. 또한 연구대상의 학위논문은 53.5%이고, 학술논문은 46.5%이었다. 학술논문의 경우 일반학술지에 실린 연구가 44.4%였으며, 등재지에 게재된 연구가 40.8%, 등재후보지에 게재된 연구가 12.8%였다. 연구에서 우울의 효과성을 검증하기 위해서 Beck의 우울척도를 가장 많이 활용하였으며, 43개의 연구에서 사전-사후검증을 활용하였다. 연구대상은 아동, 청소년, 성인으로 다양하였으나, 성인의 비중이 32%로 높게 분포하였다. 연구 참여자 수는 평균 10이고, 상담 회기수는 평균 15회기로 지속적으로 이루어졌다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 우울과 관련한 모래놀이치료 연구를 수행할 경우 고려해야 할 점 등의 시사점 및 후속 연구에 대한 논의를 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze trends in sandplay therapy research for depression conducted in Korea, seek research directions for sandplay therapy related to depression improvement, and provide basic data necessary for therapeutic research. The papers included in the study include 58 domestic studies conducted from 2007 to 2023. As a result of the study, an average of 3.4 studies on depression and sandplay therapy were continuously conducted each year. Additionally, 53.1% of the research subjects were degree theses and 46.5% were academic theses. In the case of academic papers, 44.4% of studies were published in general academic journals, 40.8% were studies published in registered journals, and 12.8% were studies published in candidate journals. In order to verify the effectiveness of depression in research, Beck's depression scale was used most often, and pre- and post-test was used in 43 studies. The subjects of the study were diverse, including children, adolescents, and adults, but the proportion of adults was high at 32%. The average number of study participants was 10, and the number of counseling sessions was 15 on average. Based on these research results, implications such as points to be considered when conducting sandplay therapy research related to depression and discussions on follow-up research were presented.
