정책수용 및 정책홍보 영향요인에 관한 실증적 연구 = An Empirical Study on Influencing Factors of Policy Acceptance and PR: Focused on Seoul Air Quality Information

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 서울시 대기환경 정보제공 서비스를 대상으로 정보제공 서비스의 수용과 서비스 홍보와 관련한 영향요인을 탐색하고, 정책적 함의를 도출하였다. 분석결과 서비스 품질 요인과 서비스 만족도 요인이 서비스 수용 여부와 정책홍보 의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 서비스 품질이 서비스의 만족도를 향상시켜 시민들의 서비스 수용에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 서비스 품질이 직접적으로 시민들의 정책홍보에 대한 의지를 높여주거나, 서비스 품질 요인을 통한 서비스 만족도가 정책홍보 의지에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 통해 정책추진과정에서 시민참여와 공유, 정책에 대한 시민들의 이해가 정책수용의 중요한 요인이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 정책홍보의 주체로서 시민의 역할이 증대되고 있으며, 이들의 정책홍보 활동을 제고시킬 수 있는 차원에서 서비스나 정책의 콘텐츠를 고려해나갈 필요가 있다.

This study is to explore influencing factors of policy acceptance and PR intention focused on Seoul air quality information service. As a result of empirical analysis, the service quality and satisfaction factor have a significant effect on policy acceptance and PR. That is, service quality factor has a positive effect on policy satisfaction factor, and then policy acceptance too. Also, service quality factor has a direct effect on policy PR intention, or via service quality factor, service satisfaction has a positive relation to policy PR intention. Thus, citizen participation and sharing in policy process, the citizen``s understanding on policy is an important factor in relation to policy acceptance. Because as a main subject of policy PR activity, the role of citizen is growing up, it is needed to be considered to find a way in a dimension of policy to produce activation of citizen``s policy PR activity.
