The purpose of this study is to examine the causes and future solutions of low fertility in relation to companies in Korea. In order to resolve low fertility problem the study examined various systems of companies through the cases of foreign countries and Korea. It also proposed various effective and desirable plans which companies can carry out to resolve low fertility based upon the systems of the foreign companies. From the study, the best way to resolve the problem is the company`s fertility and family-friendly business management in which company provides its employees with good labour circumstances. The result of low fertility as a business, until now many business don`t ready that woman can work in condition of comfortable. A part of business ,Yuhan-kimberly or Deakyo, try to improve the system of labor based on many diverse system that woman haven a job can work continuously after delivery. In conclusion, the important measures of delivery to encourage in korea in relation to low working problem of woman support to offer a working circumstance and make friendly circumstance of business to resolve a low delivery.
