全羅北道 都市基本計劃 特性에 관한 硏究 : 5個市의 計劃人口 및 土地利用計劃 分析을 中心으로 = A Study on the Characteristics of Urban Master Plan of Jeonlabuk-do : Focus on the Analysis about 5 cities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyse the characteristics of plan population and land use plan of urban master plan about 5 cities in Jeonlabuk-Do and to find a way of establishing urban master plan suitable for a newly social change.
The analyzed results of urban master plan formulated from 1984's to 2008's. about 5 cities in Jeonlabuk-do are as followed.
First, it showed that the early stage of plan population of urban master plan is formulated excessively. Therefore it is necessary to revise plan population of urban master plan across the board and
Secondly, land use plan on urban master plan of 5 cities has found out that it is not unrelated to plan population or comparison between population increasement and land use change. According to forming a strategic plan for aiming at each city's plan population, the link between plan population and necessary area for land use has turned out weakly.
Third, as comparing consistency of land use plan on urban master plan already driven with use district designated, a residential and business area is similar in proportion to plan population and real population but a manufacturing area is a very different aspect from each city.
Based on those analysed results, improvement methods of urban master plan about Jeonlabuk-do can be summarized as follows.
First of all, the way for predicting plan population is need to be various and exact and it is desirable to adapt a step-by-step population index to urban management plan.
Then, population and land use plan should have regular interrelationship for working out plan population and land use plan, although urban master plan has been made strategically.
It is judged that a residential and business area of urban areas need to have the correlationship by means of being included and reflected in intended built-up area or the kind of 2nd ditrict unit planning in order to prepare a way for development or specialization of each city.
