2005학년도 4학년 종합실습 만족도 분석 = Analysis on the Satisfaction of Senior Student Practicum in 2005

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 공주교육대학교의 4학년(453명) 종합실습을 대상으로 미국의 INTASC
가 제시하고 있는 열 가지 교육전문성을 중심으로 실습학교별로 예비교사들이 어느 정
도 만족하고 있는가를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 열 가지 교육전문성 경험에 대하여 실습
생들은 대체적으로 만족할만한 경험을 하고 있음이 나타났다. 그러나 실습학호의 실습
생 능력평가, 대학교의 4학년 실습 오리엔테이션 부재, 학습에 대한 이론 및 연구결과
적용, 내용에 대한 통합교과 이해 및 적용, 다양성에 대한 특수아동 포함교육, 교직전
문성의 지역사회교류 전략 둥에 대해서는 만족도가 낮았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was proposed to analyze how much were the senior students of
the Gongju National University of Education satisfied with their practicum
schools, the University procedure on the practicum, and professional
competence based on the performance-based standards by the Interstate New
Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium (INTASC). The participants for
the survey were 512 senior students placed on seven affiliated elementary
schools and collected questionnaires were 453 while one school questionnaires
were not collected by accident.
As the results, first, the senior students were almost satisfied with their
practicum schools, but not with the evaluation on their competence. Second,
the senior students were almost satisfied with the University procedure, but
they thought it would be necessary to provide a practicum orientation for
them. Third, the level of satisfaction on learning theories and research results
application, integrated education, appreciation of diversity, and inclusion of
special students were relatively low.
