다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

There is active research being conducted on ways to prevent overfitting, which is one of the biggest problems in learning deep neural networks. Especially, the problem of obtaining negative results or the learning process being slowed down occurs frequently when the results fall into local minima, according to the early parameter of the deep neural network. Thus ‘pre-training’, a form of unsupervised learning, was suggested as an alternative to solve such problems.
Pre-training is an algorithm which initializes the parameter so that a better local minima can be reached, based on the characteristics of the input data. There are pre-training methods such as restricted Boltzmann machine (RBM), stacked autoencoder (SAE) and stacked de-noising autoencoder (SDAE). These methods learn the parameters of the deep neural network via fine-tuning, a form of supervised learning, after pre-training.
This dissertation suggests reconstruction criterion, which allows for stronger extraction of characteristics from the SDAE pre-training. This can be seen as applying sparsity constraint, which is used in the case of over-complete (which has more hidden layer units than the input layer unit) in the SDAE. Subsequently, the dependability between units can be alleviated through data loss during intermediate representation, as well as from the restoration via data loss within only the existing input pattern.
Additionally, the suggested method has the strength of being able to build a hybrid structure by applying diverse regularization methods in fine-tuning. The method was proven to reduce the phoneme error rate (PER) in the three experiments using TIMIT corpus (monophone-based pre-training, triphone-based pre-training and dropout application in fine-tuning) by a maximum of 3.7 percent to a minimum of 0.6 percent, compared to the existing pre-training PER.
