기혼여성의 여가활동 참여와 가족스트레스 및 가족응집력의 관계 = Ihe Relationship between Leisure Activity and Family Stress, Family Cohesion among Married Women

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 기혼여성의 여가활동 참여와 가족스트레스 및 가족응집력의 관계에 대하여 규명하고자 한다. 다시 말해, 본 연구는 기혼여성의 여가활동 참여유형에 따른 가족스트레스 및 가족응집력의 차이를 알아본 다음, 기혼여성의 여가활동 수준이 가족스트레스 및 가족응집력에 미치는 사회적 심리적 과정을 분석ㆍ규명하는 데 주된 목적이 있다.본 연구에서는 2000년 현재 서울특별시에 거주하는 만 20세 이상의 기혼여성을 모집단으로 설정하였으며, 조사 대상의 표집은 유충집락무선표집법(stratified cluster random sampling method)을 이용, 총 450명을 무선추출하였다.본 연구에서 사용한 통계기법은 중분류 및 공변량 분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 이용한 경로분석이다.이상과 같은 연구 방법 및 절차를 통하여 본 연구는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다.첫째, 기혼여성의 여가활동 유형은 가족스트레스에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 기혼여성의 가족스트레스는 여가활동 유형에 따라 차이가 있으며, 스포츠활동에서 가장 높다.둘째, 기혼여성의 여가활동 유형은 가족응집력에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 기혼여성의 가족응집력는 여가활동 유형에 따라 차이가 있으며, 스포츠활동에서 가장 높다.셋째, 기혼여성의 여가활동 수준은 가족스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치며 가족스트레스는 가족 응집력에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 무엇보다 중요한 사실은 기혼여성의 여가활동 수준이 가족응집력의 향상을 매개하는 가족스트레스를 통하여 가족응집력에 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 즉 여가활동 수준이 높을 경우 가족스트레스가 경감되는 동시에, 이로 인해 가족응집력이 강화된다

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leisure activity and family stress, family cohesion among married women.Subjects of this study were sampled 461 the collegiate(235 male, 226 female) by the random sampling method. Statistics employed in this study were analysis of covariance(ANCOVA) and multiple classification analysis(MCA), correlation and path analysis.Based on the procedures and results, the following conclusions were warranted :First, the type of leisure activity among married women has an influence on family stress. That is, there is difference in the family stress according to the type of leisure activity, and sport activities is the highest.Second, the type of leisure activity among married women has an influence on family cohesion. That is, there is difference in the family cohesion according to the type of leisure activity, and sport activities is the highest.Third, the level of leisure activity among married women decrease family stress and increase family cohesion.
