창업멘토링이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 창업가 역량의 매개효과 검증 = A Study on the Effects of Entrepreneurial Mentoring on Business Performance : Testing of the mediating effect of entrepreneurship Capailities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 정부 및 민간의 창업지원 멘토링을 1회 이상을 경험한 업체를 표본 대상으로 한 창업멘토링이 창업가 역량을 통해 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 105개를 표본으로 실증분석을 하였다. 그 결과 창업멘토링의 경력(능력) 개발 기능 및 심리사회적 기능과 역할모델 기능 모두 경영성과와의 관계에서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 그러나 창업가 역량이 매개변수로서 유의미한 영향은 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국내 정부 및 민간 멘토링 제도의 효과성을 높일 수 있는 방안으로 창업 초기의 멘토링도 필요하지만 창업가가 경영을 하면서 지속적으로 멘토링을 받을 수 있는 제도의 정착이 필요하다고 판단되었다. 이런 창업멘토링 제도의 효율적인 활용 방안에 관해 향후 보다 활발한 연구가 이루어지기를 바라며 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향이 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship mentoring on the performance of entrepreneurship by analyzing 105 entrepreneurial mentoring cases. As a result, it was proved that career development ability, psychosocial function and role model function of entrepreneurship mentoring have a significant effect on relationship with management performance. However, it has been shown that the entrepreneurial capacity does not have a significant effect as a parameter. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an institution that can receive continuous mentoring while the entrepreneur is in charge of management, even though mentoring is needed at the beginning of the company as a way to enhance the effectiveness of domestic government and private mentoring system. We hope that this research will be more active in the future on how to effectively utilize such entrepreneurial mentoring system.
