반려동물의 산책활성화를 위한 모바일 앱 서비스의 설계와 구현 : 애자일방법론을 활용한 제품개발론 = Design and Implementation of Mobile App Service for Promoting Pedestrians Walking : Product Development Theory Using Agile Methodology

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 반려견들의 사회성을 길러주는 산책을 바탕으로 산책을 장려하는 앱 서비스를 애자일 개발 방법론을 활용하여 개발하였다. 본 연구에선 반려견 행동 문제 교육과 건강, 반려동물의 외로움 개선 등을 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 “산책”이라는 컨셉을 활용하였다. 서비스명 “도기벨”은 반려동물들의 산책 친구를 위치기반을 통해 동네에서 찾아주는 컨셉으로 동네 산책친구를 매칭하는 앱 서비스이다. 본 프로젝트는 애자일 개발 방식을 활용하여 연구를 진행, 서비스 정책을 수립하였다. 결과적으로 본 서비스는 사용자들의 호기심을 이끌어 내고 많은 조회 수를 기록하는 등 반려인들의 산책 서비스에 대한 긍정적인 반응을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만 실제 서비스가 반려견주들의 산책 활동을 증가시켰다는 정량화된 수치를 알아내기에는 한계점이 있었다. 본 연구는 반려동물들의 산책을 장려하고 반려동물 산업의 복지 분야에 대한 활성화를 시키는데 그 의미가 있다. 연구결과 산책 친구를 매칭 해주는 것에 대한 긍정적인 부분이 확인되었다는 것은 향후 반려동물 산책 활성화를 위한 다양한 서비스 산업에 밑거름으로 작용 할 수 있기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Based on the walks that foster the sociality of partners, this study developed an application service that encourages them to take walks using the Aiko-Japanese Development Methodology. In this study, the concept of walking was utilized as a way to solve problems such as education on partner behavior and improvement in the loneliness of health and companion animals. The service name Dogibel is an application service that matches neighbors walking friends with the concept of locating them. This project leveraged the Esail development method to advance research and develop service policies. As a result, the service was able to confirm the positive response of partners to the walking service, including stimulating users curiosity and recording a large number of inquiries. However, there was a limit to the quantified number of services that increased the number of partners taking walks. This research is meaningful in promoting the walking of partner animals and in revitalizing the welfare field of the partner animal industry. Research shows that the positive aspects of matching friends for walks have been confirmed.
