      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      Time-Cost Trade-off Problem(TCTP) is a major problem in the construction industry because buildings are now high-rised, complex and large-sized. And high-rise building is composed of repetitive activities. Tact, which is one of the well structured scheduling methods, is suggested to reflect this repetitiveness. But it is hard to achieve perfect TCTP. Also Tact system itself has some limitations, so that people can not make ideal schedule. The purpose of this study was to indicate limitations of Tact scheduling method, also supplementing those limitations by applying options and Theory of Constraints. So that we can choose an ideal scheduling method to make construction schedule for high-rise building finishing work.
