전자기록 전문가를 위한 재교육에 관한 연구 : 미국과 호주의 사례를 중심으로 = A Study on the Reeducation for Electronic Records Professionals : Focused on the Case of the United States and Australia

국문 초록 (Abstract)

학력 혹은 특정한 자격요건과 배타적이고 독점적인 위치로 일정한 영역을 차지하고 있는 전문직 종사자에게 필요조건을 넘어 필수조건으로 꼽을 수 있는 건 지속적인 지식의 추구이다. 한편 폭발적으로 발전하는 사회와 더불어 기록관리환경은 종이기록에서 전자기록으로 바뀌었고, 이와 더불어 기존의 기록연구사들 또한 지속해서 변화하는 전자기록을 기존의 지식을 이용해 다루는데 불편함을 겪게 되었다. 전문적인 기록관리 지식을 다루는 재교육은 지속적으로 이루어지고 있지만 이와 더불어 전자기록 전문가 양성을 위한 재교육이 필요한 것이다.
현재 미국은 SAA(Society of American Archivists)에서 ‘DAS(Digital Archives Specialist Curriculum and Certificate Program)’를 운영하여 디지털 아카이브 전문가를 양성하고 있으며 호주의 NAA(National Archives of Australia)는 공공기관에서 일하는 직원들이 정보와 데이터를 다루는 데 필요한 기술과 지식을 식별하여 ‘정보 관리 및 데이터 기능(Information Management and Data Capabilities)’을 구성하여 기준으로 삼고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국의 DAS와 호주의 정보 관리 및 데이터 기능에 대해 자세히 알아보고 이를 통해 기록관리 전문직으로써 급속도로 변해가는 전자기록 환경에 대응하기 위한 재교육 방안에 대해 분석, 제시하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is the continued pursuit of knowledge that can be cited as a prerequisite beyond the necessary requirements for a professional worker who has a certain area of education or specific qualifications and exclusive and exclusive location. Meanwhile, with the explosive development of society, the record management environment changed from paper to electronic records, while existing record researchers also experienced difficulties in continuously using existing knowledge. Re-training, which deals with professional record management knowledge, is ongoing, but in addition, re-training is necessary to foster e-recording experts.
Currently, the U.S. operates the Digital Archives Specialist Curriculum and Certificate Program (DAS) at Society of American Archivists (SAA) to train digital archive professionals, and Australia’s National Archives of Australia (NAA) uses Information Management and Data Capabilities to address the information and data required by public agencies. In this study, we will learn more about DAS and Australia's information management and data functions and analyze and present re-education measures to respond to the rapidly changing electronic record environment as a record-keeping professional.
