특수학교 직업 교육과정의 장애학생 전환과정 지원요인 탐색 연구 = A Study on the Support factors of Vocational Curriculum in Special Education in the Perspectives of Transition Process for Students with disabilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 특수학교 직업 교육과정이 장애학생의 전환과정을 지원하는 교육과정으로서 그 요인을 어느 정도·어떻게 포함하고 있는지를 탐색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 장애학생의 전환요구·지원내용·지원전략과 특수학교 기본교육과정 직업교과의 목표·내용·운영지침을 비교·분석한 결과, 특수학교 기본교육과정의 직업 교과의 목표는 장애학생의 전환과정을 지원하기 위해 장애학생의 진로발달단계에 따라 진로안내와 진로탐색 및 교육·주거·직업 선택권에 대한 목표와 삶의 질 제고를 위해 요구되는 목표를 보완해야 하며, 직업기술과 직장기술 외에 다양한 생활기술과 지역사회 참여기술 및 자기결정과 자기주장기술 등에 대한 내용을 보완해야 하고, 프로그램 학습과 산학협동체제의 구축 외에 고용기술교수·지역사회 중심교수·직장경험의 확대 및 가족참여 등에 대한 전략을 보완해야 할 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 특수학교의 직업 교육과정이 장애학생의 전환과정을 지원하는 교육과정으로서 그 특성을 제대로 발휘하기 위해서는 학교교육과정을 편성·운영하는 과정에서 그 목표와 내용 및 운영방법 등을 보완해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate in what way the vocational education of the special school curriculum include the factors of curriculum which support transition process for students with disabilities. In order to accomplish this purpose, the study compared and analyzed transition needs, the contents of support, strategies of support for students with disabilities, and goals, contents, implementation of vocational curriculum of the special school curriculum. The results of this study were as follows;
First, objectives for career orientation, career exploration and educational, residental, vocational option according to students career developmental stages, and objectives for enhancement of quality of life should be included in the objectives of vacational education curriculum in special school.
Second, besides vocational skills and work skills, various contents such as life skills, community participation skills, self-determination skill, and self advocation skills should be included in contents of vacational education curriculum in special school.
Third, besides program instruction and establishment of business-school collaboration system, strategies for teaching skills for employment, community-based instruction, enlargement of work experiences, and family participation should be included in managements of vacational education curriculum in special school.
Therefore, in order for the vocational curriculum in special school to play its role as a curriculum to support transition of students with disabilities, objectives, contents and the management for its implementation should be revised in the process of organization and implementation of school curriculum.
