ADHD 아동의 색채 활동이 코르티솔 호르몬 변화에 미치는 영향|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 미술치료에 사용되는 활동 중 도화지에 채색하는 색채가 ADHD아동들에 게 어떠한 영향을 주고 색채의 치료적 효과를 검증하기 위하여 진행되었다. ADHD아 동 62명을 대상으로 연구가 진행되었으며 기본색채 RED513과 COBALT BLUE538, KADMIUM GREEN45 의 오일파스텔을 30분 동안 원이 그려진 8절도화지에 채색하 게 하여 각 색의 채색에 대한 주의력 결핍, 과잉행동 및 코너스 점수에 대한 코르티 솔 호르몬 변화차이를 사전⋅사후 2회 측정 수집하였다. 연구 결과ADHD아동들에게 부적합하다고 인식되었던 RED513색채가 상호작용효과 및 코르티솔분비의 변화 폭이 가장 크게 나타났었으며 COBALT BLUE538은 색채에 대한 주의력 결핍, 과잉행동 및 코너스 점수와는 상호작용이 나타나지 않았다. 하지만 코르티솔 수치 위험군(5이하)인 집단에서는 코르티솔 수치가 상승하였고 코르티솔 수치 위험군(10이상)의 집단에서는 코르티솔 수치 감소효과를 보여줬다. KADMIUM GREEN45는 주의력결핍, 과잉행동, 코너스 점수가 높은 집단에서 코르티솔 의 변화의 차이가 조금 더 크게 나타났다. 이 러한 결과는 더 깊은 연구가 필요함을 시사해 준다. 연구결과 색채에 따라 코르티솔 반응은 매우 밀접한 상관관계가 있음이 검증되었고 본 연구에서 나타난 색채반응 결 과는 미술치료가 발전하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

This study was carried out in order to find how colors among many art therapeutic activities affect the ADHD children and to validate the therapeutic effects of colors. The study was conducted, based on 62 ADHD children, who were asked to use the basic color of red 513 and oil pastel of cobalt blue538 and kadmium green 45. Attention deficit of coloring of each color and changes in cortisol hormone secretion as to hyperactivities and connors rating were measured and the resulting data were collected--once before the test and once after it. Based on the result, the biggest change was seen in red 513 color, which was considered to be inappropriate for ADHD children, in terms of interaction effects and the amount of cortisol secretion while no interaction was seen in cobalt blue 538 in terms of attention deficiency as to colors, hyperactivity, and connors rating. The cortisol levels, however, rose in the cortisol low-risk group (5 or below) while they declined in the cortisol high-risk group (10 or above). The changes in Kadmium green 45 was seen to be a bit larger in terms of cortisol secretion amount in the group with higher attention defiency, hyperactivity, and Connors rating, the results of which suggest more in-depth analysis is needed. The study showed that there is a very close relationship in cortisol response depending on the type of colors and this finding may be a more accurate data as to colors.
