고등학교 학생의 학교스포츠클럽 축구리그 운영경험에 관한 내러티브 탐구 = A Narrative Inquiry on A High School Student`s Experience of Managing School Sports Club Soccer League

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 고등학교 학생이 학교스포츠클럽 축구리그에 참가와 운영을 동시에 하면서 겪는 경험을기술하고 그 교육적 의미를 찾는데 있다. 이 연구는 내러티브 연구 방법을 사용하였고 연구참여자는 유목적표집 중 결정적 사례 표집법에 의해 선정되었다. 연구참여자는 교내 학교스포츠클럽에 소속되어 있으며 학교스포츠클럽 축구리그를 자치활동 차원에서 자발적이고 주도적으로 리그를 운영하였다. 연구자는 연구참여자를 2년째 지도하고 있으며 교내 학교스포츠리그 담당교사이다. 자료는 연구참여자와의 인터뷰를 중심으로수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Clandinin & Connelly이 제시한 단계(broadening, burrowing, storying, and re-storying)에 따라 실시하였다. 연구참여자는 초등학교 시절 장래 희망이 축구선수였다. 축구선수의 꿈은 부모님의 반대로 좌절됐지만 학교스포츠클럽활동을 통해서 축구에 대한 애정을 다른 방식으로 표출하게 되었다. 연구참여자가 학교스포츠클럽 축구리그에 참가와 운영을 하는 과정은 3가지의 교육적 의의가 있는 것으로 해석되었다. 첫째, 자신의 꿈과 현실의 간극이 최소화된 최선의 것인 학교스포츠클럽활동에 참가하면서패자부활에 성공했다. 둘째, 학교스포츠클럽활동에 프로슈머의 역할을 함으로써 교육수요자인 학생들의 요구가 적극적으로 반영되어 내실 있게 운영 되었다. 셋째, 학교스포츠클럽 축구리그 운영 중 보이지 않는 손에의해 학교라는 조직이 선형적 위계 속에 통제와 신체활동에 대한 오해의 시선이 존재함을 경험하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 앞으로 학교스포츠클럽활동이 나아가야할 새로운 방향을 제시하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the research is to search for educational meanings that a high school student experiences while he manages and participates in school sports club leagues. The study was performed by a narrative research method.The research participant was chosen by decisive case sampling of other purposeful sampling methods and the research participant is a particular case that a student who belongs to the school sports club in school manages voluntarily and initiatively the league as a part of students` association activities. The researcher is a physical education teacher who has been teaching students at school and in charge of a sports club for 2years. Data used for the study were collected from interviews with the research participant. The collected data were analyzed by the steps(broadening, burrowing, storying, and re-storying) that Clandinin & Connelly had suggested. Soccer is very important to the research participant who wanted to be a soccer player when he was a elementary school student. The dream was opposed by his parents but he expressed his passion for soccer through the school sports clubs in different ways. The process that the research participant manages and participates in the school sports club soccer league is interpreted as having 3 educational meanings. First, he succeeded in dreaming of his old dream by participating the school sports club that the gap between his dream and real life is minimized. Second, by playing a role as a prosumer in the school sports club, as the needs of the students, the educational consumer, were actively reflected, the school sports club was managed substantially. Third, while the research participant managed the school sport club league,he experienced that misunderstandings about physical activities appeared implicitly and there were some controls of school system in linear hierarchy by invisible hands. The results of the study propose the new direction that school sports club activity must go forward.
