The object of this dissertation is analyzing traditional problem of interest politics that is the conflict between public interest and private interest and presents the desirable model of interest politics. The theories that search for balancing of public Interest and private Interest are called five strategies. This study suggests deliberative social concertation as a desirable model that composed four elementary pillars. First. It accepted party`s and government`s initiatives that mediated and arbitrated conflictual interest groups as most important actor. Secondly, It intended to soft and competitive societal corporatism. Thirdly, It promoted voluntary participation of individual citizen and NGO as the new element of interest politics. Fourthly, It positively accommodated the theories of modern democracy, especially deliberative democracy, associative democracy and governance theory.
