한국의 소액금융 실태와 소액금융제도의 발전과제 = Development and Issues of Microfinance System in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The financial services for the poor and low income class by banks and other formal financial institutions have deteriorated after 1997 financial crisis in Korea. As a response to it, microcredit institutions have founded and developed in the forms of non government organization since 2000. Recently, government also started to provide microcredt services to the poor through establishing ``Miso-microcredit Foundation``, which are sponsored and operated by government. In order to reduce financial exclusion, microcredit institutions in Korea should to increase their numbers and assets through the expansion of private donation and public fiscal assistance and to improve their microcredit techniques. The microcrdit business by ``Miso- microcredit Foundation`` also should transformed to private microcredt business to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of it.
