      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      In this paper a modified method of M. Z. Barakat's microdetermination of
      Hydroquinone was described By using 20 mg of NaHCO₃ crystalline powder ranging from
      10 to 1 mg of Hydroquinone instead of M. Z. Marakat’s NaHCO₃ saturated solution. the
      author could easily eliminate the certain factors which affect to the reproducibility of
      titration values. This modified method has some advantages as follows.
      1. There was on any affections which caused by different temperature of sample
      solution to the titration values.
      2. when the NaHC0₃ crystalline powder was added to the sample solution, there
      was no significant error on the titration values until 10 minutes standing time.
      3. There was no need to prepare freshly NaHCO₃ saturated solution for every titration.
      4. This method was more accurate than the M. Z. Barakat’s one. The determination
      error of this method was 0.6 per cent and the applied analysis'’(butter, lard and cod liver
      oil) was 1. 00 per cent respectively comparing to the 2.00 per cent of Barakat’s one.
