위키 개념 기반의 효과적인 학습을 위한 지식 토론 시스템의 설계 및 구현

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 기존 웹 게시판 토론의 문제점을 지적하고 위키 개념을 적용하여 보다 나은 웹 게시판 토론 시스템을 구현하는 데 있다. 웹 기반 토론의 중요성은 여러 논문에서 지적한 바와 같이 면대면 토론보다 개념과 원리 학습 그리고 고차원리 학습에 영향이 큰 것을 알 수 있다[1][2][3]. 이처럼 본 논문은 웹 기반 토론을 통해 학습을 증진 시킬 수 있는 시스템 구현에 관한 방안을 제시한다.

지식 토론 시스템은 사용자 등급(지도자, 학습자, 관리자)별로 권한 제어를 하며, 해당 지식(토론 주제)에 대해서 단어, 문장 또는 단락 별로 의견 개진을 할 수 있다. 그리고 악의적으로 변경되거나 삭제된 지식에 대해서 복구 및 문서 비교, 버전 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 말한다.

학습자의 능동적 참여와 기존 웹 게시판의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 위키(WIKI) 개념을 도입하였다. 위키 개념을 통해 제안 시스템은 의견 개진을 보다 적극적으로 할 수 있는 환경을 제공하며, 기존 지식보다 한층 더 나은 새로운 지식을 재생산할 기회를 제공한다. 또한 토론 내용에 대해 지도자(교사, 교수)는 피드백할 수 있다. 따라서 토론이 진행되면서 보다 정제되고 생산적인 지식 토론을 학습자 간에 공유할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, I present the schematic design of a new knowledge discussion system to increase the learning efficiency. As already pointed out in several previous papers, the web-based discussion system is much more influential than face-to-face discussion in that it provides more learning concepts, rules and higher-order rules.

The proposed system can control the authorization of individual users depending on their position such as director, learner, manager and offers the environmental background in which the participants can express their opinions about discussion subject. In addition, it gives a means to support the back-up and recovery of the user''''''''s opinion and the functionality of document comparison in regards to purposedly deleted or modified opinions.

WIKI concept is adopted to solve the problems that lie in the existing web-based bulletin board, which can help the learners to participate in the discussion more actively. The proposed system can also provide an opportunity to reproduce the new better knowledge and the directors are capable of getting a feedback on the discussion contents. Therefore, the learners can share the refined and constructive knowledge discussion among them.
