한일운전관계 규정류의 비교 : 승무원 근무제도에 관한 규정류 비교 = A Comparative Study about the Korean Train Operation Regulations and the Japanese : Focused on Drivers' Working System

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Nowadays, in the railway industry leading countries such as Japan, France and Germany, the view about the railway industry is undergoing a change in a way to put a stress on the character as a system industry. Keeping the step with the increasing speed and high tech components of the railway, the Train Operation Regulations must be also revised and expanded in a time-adequate way.
This report is designed as a comparative study about the Korean Train Operations Regulations and the Japanese.
In Japan the Train Operation Regulations have been revised continuously and the revisions have been used as a chance to lead a desirable change into the railway industry.
In Korea the Train Operation Regulations have been also revised several times, however, most revisions have been conducted as a following act to cope with problems.
It is very important for the Train Operation Regulations to keep the consistency, but not less important to get along with the technology development and changing organization and, moreover, to lead it into a desirable direction.
