좋은 무용 수업에 관한 질적 연구 = A Qualitative Study of Good Teaching in Dance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

학생들의 창의력 향상을 위한 무용수업의 많은 연구들에도 불구하고 실질적으로 교사들이 지향하는 좋은 수업에 대한 구체적인 개념정립은 충분히 제시되고 있지 못한 실정이다. 이에 무용 교사들이 인식하고 있는 좋은 무용수업에 관한 개념과 특성을 알아보고자 한다. 서울시 X예술고등학교 무용교사 3명을 대상으로 질적 연구방법을 적용하였다. 주요 사건기록법, 심층면담, 수업관찰, 그리고 수업일지를 통해 자료를 수집·분석하였다. 연구결과 교사들은 좋은 무용수업을 춤 전수를 위한 수업, 예를 배우는 수업, 학생이 주인이 되는 수업, 계속적인 교사 노력이 있는 수업으로 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 특징적인 네 가지의 수업형들은 서로가 상호 연관되어 형성되어 있으며 수업상황에서 조화롭게 수행되므로써 좋은 수업의 모습을 갖출 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to define and understand dance teachers` perception on the good teaching. To achieve this purpose, a qualitative case study was used. Participants were three experienced dance teachers. Data collection methods include the critical incident technique, interview, nonparticipant observation, and the class diary. The data are analyzed by case record analysis and inductive categorical analysis. The trustworthiness of data was proved by member check, peer debriefing, and triangulation to generation the dance, teaching that students learn courtesy, teaching that students centered in class, teaching that teachers effort. The good dance teaching does not mean just only one kind of teaching, but truly harmonizing the four kinds of teaching,
