국문 초록 (Abstract)

보면, 여성과 남성 관제사 모두 상황 및 대처의 복잡성을 위험도를 인식하는 심리적 공간의 한 축으로 공통적으로 사용하고 있었고, 다른 한 축은 서로 달랐다. 남성 관제사들은 조종사나 다른 관제사 등 다른 사람들과의 협조가 얼마나 필요한가의 정도를 또 다른 차원으로 사용하는 반면, 여성관제사들은 사건발생의 예측가능성을 위험도 인식의 중요 차원으로 사용하고 있었다.관제업무수행에 중요 요소 평가에 따른 위험사건 요인별 차이
