(Balance between Risks and Resource, BR²)에 근거하여, 양육불 안이 정서조절곤란을 경유해 부모소진에 미치는 영향과 이 과정에서 긍정성 공명이 갖는 조 절효과를 검증하였다.

The Effect of Maternal Parenting Anxiety on Parental Burnout: The Mediating Role of Emotion Regulation Difficulties and the Moderating Role of Positivity Resonance
This study aimed to examine the psychological mechanisms underlying the relationship between maternal parenting anxiety and parental burnout among mothers of young children, with a focus on cognitive and emotional factors. Grounded in the Balance between Risks and Resources model (BR²), this study investigated the mediating role of difficulties in emotion regulation in the relationship between parenting anxiety and parental burnout, as well as the moderating effect of positivity resonance in this process. Participants were 300 mothers of preschool-aged children between 2 and 6 years old, and data were collected through an online survey. The main findings were as follows. First, difficulties in emotion regulation significantly and partially mediated the relationship between parenting anxiety and parental burnout. That is, parenting anxiety not only had a direct effect on parental burnout, but also indirectly exacerbated parental burnout through difficulties in emotion regulation. Second, the strength of the indirect pathway through difficulties in emotion regulation did not vary significantly according to levels of positivity resonance, and thus the moderated mediation effect was not supported. Nevertheless, positivity resonance showed significant negative correlations with parental burnout and other key variables, suggesting its potential role as a protective factor in the parenting context. This study is academically significant in that it empirically verified the pathway through which parenting anxiety leads to parental burnout via difficulties in emotion regulation within an integrated model. Furthermore, based on the finding that both variables function as sequential risk factors, this study proposes a practical direction for intervention aimed at preventing parental burnout, emphasizing the importance of simultaneously addressing the enhancement of emotion regulation skills and the promotion of positive interactions between mothers and their children. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study, along with suggestions for future research, are discussed.
