    The development of ego-resilience is a critical component of a healthy personality that affects a person's entire life and is an essential survival ability for children to adapt to the social environment. The goal of this study was to investigate the influence of grandparent involvement on children's ego-resilience. As mediator variables, the mother's parenting stress and family strength were included. As a result, the research on children's ego-resilience will be enriched. A theoretical framework for the family on the relationship between grandparent involvement and children's ego-resilience will be provided, and theoretical and practical values for children's ego-resilience development.
    Consequently, this study used a questionnaire method and recruited 919 mothers from China's Zhejiang province as survey respondents. It is also divided into four subordinate steps:
    Step 1: It investigated the current situation of children's ego-resilience, grandparent involvement, mother's parenting stress, and family strength using descriptive statistics.
    Step 2: It analyzed children's ego-resilience in demographic variables such as gender, age, birth order, and mother's education level using an independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple comparisons.
    Step 3: Regression analysis was used to examine the relative influences of grandparent involvement, mother's parenting stress, and family strength on children's ego-resilience.
    Step 4: It used structural equation modeling and the bootstrapping method to investigate the mediating effects of mother's parenting stress and family strength in the relationship between children's ego-resilience and grandparent involvement.
    The main results of this study were as follows:
    it demonstrated the current state of children's ego-resilience, grandparent involvement, mother's parenting stress, and family strength. The overall level of ego-resilience among 3~5 years old children was high. The level of grandparent involvement was slightly above medium, with relatively high levels of daily care activities. The parenting stress experienced by mothers was normal, and the overall level of family strength was high.
    Secondly, there were significant differences in ego-resilience among children based on their gender, age, birth order, and mother's educational level. Girls' ego-resilience was significantly higher than boys'. The ego-resilience, initiative, and self-regulation of children varied with age. Children's ego-resilience, initiative, and self-regulation increase as they grow up. The ego-resilience, self-regulation, and attachment/relationship of children differed depending on their birth order. Second-born children had significantly higher ego-resilience than only-child children. The overall ego-resilience of the children differed significantly depending on the mother's educational background. Children whose mothers had a college degree and above had higher ego-resilience than those whose mothers had a high school diploma and below.
    Thirdly, it discovered a relationship between family strength, mother's parenting stress, grandparent involvement, and children's ego-resilience. Family strength had the highest explanatory power in developing children's ego-resilience, and it had a significant positive impact on children's ego-resilience. The stress of a mother's parenting had a significant negative impact on her children's ego-resilience. The involvement of grandparents had a significant positive effect on children's ego-resilience.
    Fourthly, the mediating effects of mother's parenting stress and family strength in the influence of grandparent involvement on children's ego-resilience. Mothers' parenting stress was discovered to partially mediate the relationship between grandparent involvement and children's ego-resilience. Family strength had a partially mediating effect between grandparent involvement and children's ego-resilience. Grandparent involvement indirectly influences children's ego-resilience through the sequential mediation of the mother's parenting stress and family strength.
    Finally, based on the research findings, this study offers the following specific approaches to improving children's ego-resilience: 1) Caregivers must provide children with positive guidance in order for them to feel less stressed and more optimistic about their future. 2) A parenting education program should be made available to mothers and grandparents so that they can better participate in their children's lives. 3) Policy support for grandparent involvement in parenting is required by the country and society. 4) At the national level, programs and a stable childcare support system are required to effectively reduce mothers' parenting burdens. 5) A great deal of dialogue and communication between family members is required to improve bonding and create a positive family atmosphere.

    유아 자아탄력성의 발전은 유아들이 사회 환경에 적응할 때 없어서는 안 될 생존 능력으로, 건전한 인격의 중요한 내용이며, 사람의 일생에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 유아기 유아의 자아탄력성, 조부모의 양육 참여, 어머니의 양육 스트레스, 가족건강성의 관계를 밝히고, 유아의 자아탄력성과 조부모의 양육 참여 간의 관계에서 어머니의 양육 스트레스, 가족건강성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 유아의 자아탄력성에 대한 연구를 풍부하게 하고, 조부모의 양육 참여와 유아의 자아탄력적인 관계에 대한 이론적 틀을 제공함으로써 유아 자아탄력성의 발달을 위한 이론적 가치와 실천적 가치를 제공하고자 한다.
    이를 위해 중국 절강성의 만 3~5세 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 919명을 대상으로, 자기보고식 질문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 먼저 유아의 자아탄력성, 조부모의 양육 참여, 어머니의 양육 스트레스와 가족건강성 4가지 변수의 경향을 파악하기 위해 평균, 표준편차의 기술통계분석을 실시하였다. 둘째 독립 표본 t-test, 분산 분석과 사후 다중비교분석을 활용하여 유아의 자아탄력성이 유아의 성별, 나이, 출생순서, 어머니의 교육 수준에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 다음으로 회귀분석을 활용하여 조부모의 양육 참여, 어머니의 양육 스트레스와 가족건강성이 유아의 자아탄력성에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 구조방정식모형과 부트스트래핑 방법을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형 검증을 실시하여 유아의 자아탄력성과 조부모의 양육 참여 간의 관계에서 어머니의 양육 스트레스, 가족건강성의 매개효과를 검증하였다.
    본 연구의 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다.
    첫째, 유아의 자아탄력성, 조부모의 양육 참여, 어머니의 양육 스트레스, 가족건강성의 경향
    분석 결과 3~5세 유아의 자아탄력성 수준이 3.58으로 나타나 평균보다 전반적으로 높게 있다. 유아의 자아탄력성의 3가지 하위요인별로는 주도성, 애착/관계, 자기통제 순으로 나타났다. 또한 다른 변수의 경향을 보면 조부모의 양육 참여(3.35)와 가족건강성(3.22)은 비교적 높은 수준으로, 어머니의 양육스트레스(2.52)가 비교적 낮게 나타났다.
    둘째, 사회인구학적 변수에 따른 유아의 자아탄력성 차이
    유아의 자아탄력성은 유아의 성별, 나이, 출생순서, 어머니의 교육 수준에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보인다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 여아의 자아탄련성은 남아보다 유의하게 높았다. 유아의 나이가 높을수록 자아탄력성, 주도성과 자기통제가 높게 나타났다. 유아의 자아탄련성과 하위변인 중 자기통제와 애착/관계는 유아의 출생순위에따라 차이가 있었으며, 둘째가 외동자녀보다 유의하게 높았다. 유아 어머니의 학력이 높을수록 유아의 자아탄력성, 자기통제와 애착/관계가 높게 나타났다.
    셋째, 유아의 자아탄력성에 대한 다중회귀 분석
    가족건강성은 유아의 자아탄력성과 하위요인들에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치고 가장 높은 설명력을 보였다. 어머니의 양육 스트레스는 유아의 자아탄력성과 하위요인들에 유의미한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조부모의 양육 참여는 유아의 자아탄력성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 조부모의 양육 참여가 유아의 자아탄력성의 하위요인 중 주동성과 애착/관계에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 유아의 자기통제에 영향을 미치지 않았다.
    넷째, 유아의 자아탄력성에 대한 매개 효과 분석
    조부모의 양육 참여가 유아의 자아탄력성에서 어머니의 양육 스트레스의 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조부모의 양육 참여가 유아의 자아탄력성에서 가족건강성의 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조부모의 양육 참여가 유아의 자아탄력성에서 가족건강성의 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조부모의 양육 참여는 유아의 자아탄력성에 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 어머니의 양육 스트레스와 가족건강성의 매개효과를 통해 영향을 미쳤다.

    2. 사회의 '부모 교육'은 유아 어머니의 교육과정뿐만 아니라 유아 조부모도 개설하며 조부모가 유아생활에 더 잘 참여할 수 있도록 지도한다.
    3. 조부모의 양육참여에 대한 정책적인 지원이 필요하다하겠다.
    4. 국가적 차원으로는, 어머니들의 양육부담을 현실적으로 줄여줄 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 하고 안정적인 육아지원체계가 구축되어야 할 것이다.
    5. 가죽 구성원끼리의 많은 대화와 소통을 통해 가족원간의 유대감을 높이고 긍정적인 가족의 분위기를 형성하기 위해 함께 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

    조부모의 양육 참여가 유아의 자아탄력성에서 어머니의 양육 스트레스의 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조부모의 양육 참여가 유아의 자아탄력성에서 가족건강성의 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조부모의 양육 참여가 유아의 자아탄력성에서 가족건강성의 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조부모의 양육 참여는 유아의 자아탄력성에 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 어머니의 양육 스트레스와 가족건강성의 매개효과를 통해 영향을 미쳤다.
    마지막으로 연구 결과를 바탕으로 유아의 자아탄력성을 발달하기 위해 다음과 같이 제안하고자 한다.
    1. 유아 양육자들은 유아에게 스트레스를 덜 받고 긍정적인 마음으로 미래에 임할 수 있도록 지도해 줘야 한다.
    2. 사회의 '부모 교육'은 유아 어머니의 교육과정뿐만 아니라 유아 조부모도 개설하며 조부모가 유아생활에 더 잘 참여할 수 있도록 지도한다.
    3. 조부모의 양육참여에 대한 정책적인 지원이 필요하다하겠다.
    4. 국가적 차원으로는, 어머니들의 양육부담을 현실적으로 줄여줄 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 하고 안정적인 육아지원체계가 구축되어야 할 것이다.
    5. 가죽 구성원끼리의 많은 대화와 소통을 통해 가족원간의 유대감을 높이고 긍정적인 가족의 분위기를 형성하기 위해 함께 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.
