보건계열 IPE 수업에서 피어티칭 활동 성찰일지의 LDA 토픽모델링 분석 = LDA Topic modeling analysis of peer-teaching reflection journals in interprofessional education for health professions students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적: 본 연구는 보건계열 대학생의 전문직 간 교육(Interprofessional Education, IPE) 수업에서 시행된 피어티칭(peer teaching) 활동 후 성찰일지를 분석하여 학습성과와 교육 개선 요구를 파악하고자 하였다.
연구방법: 치위생학·물리치료학·응급구조학 전공 4학년생 11명을 대상으로 IPE 기반 피어티칭 활동을 실시하고 성찰일지를 수집하였다. 전처리된 텍스트 자료에 Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) 토픽모델링을 적용하여 최적 토픽을 산출하고, 토픽별 핵심 키워드와 대표문장을 도출하였다.
연구결과: 세 가지 토픽이 도출되었다 첫째, 전공지식의 심화와 적용, 둘째, 전문직 간 소통·협력 경험, 셋째, 수업 운영 및 교수전략 개선 요구로 나타났다. 피어티칭은 전공지식 이해와 협력역량 향상에 기여한 것으로 인식되었으며, 시간 배분과 역할 분담의 보완 필요성이 제기되었다.
결론: IPE 수업에서의 피어티칭은 학습성과와 협력역량을 증진시키는 효과적인 교수–학습 전략으로 확인되었다. 성찰일지의 토픽모델링 분석은 교육성과와 개선 요구를 동시에 파악하는 유용한 방법으로 향후 IPE 교육과정의 설계와 평가에 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objectives: To identify learning outcomes and improvement needs from reflective journals written after peer-teaching in an Interprofessional Education (IPE) course.
Methods: Eleven senior students majoring in dental hygiene, physical therapy, and emergency medical services participated in IPE-based peer-teaching. Reflective journals were analyzed using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling.
Results: Three topics emerged: (1) deepening and application of major knowledge, (2) interprofessional communication and collaboration, and (3) needs for more systematic class management.
Conclusions: Peer-teaching in IPE enhanced learning and collaboration competencies. Topic modeling of reflective journals proved effective in capturing both learning outcomes and improvement needs.
