Speeding up industrialization and urbanization in cultural conditions and development of a modern civilization. If we do not cope successfully with the diverse stress from home and social life, it would cause a loss of individual, family, and society due to symptom such melancholy, tired feeling, caprice, and feeling of uneasiness. The factors of stresses also were more various, and a rapid change in a modern society became a major cause of chronic stress.
This thesis is to present a basic material capable for a suitable healthcare capable of application as an adequate healthcare program that the aroma back lymph drainage and foot bath in the esthetics industry is able to reduce stress and fatigue of a modern's mind and body by investigating a change that Lymph Drainage attendant on application of Aroma has an effect on fatigue substance in blood, stress hormone and fatigue degree.
In results of this study, I think that they, all the group of the aroma back lymph drainage and foot bath have an active effect for reducing of stress hormone and fatigue substance, and also it is effective as a healthcare and a satisfactory degree will be increased.
