유치원 교사 원격교육 직무연수에 대한 강좌 평가 및 효과분석 = Evaluation and effect of a Web - Based Teachers` Training Course for early childhood educators

Teachers in early childhood education were trained through a Web-Based Teachers` Training Course (WBTTC, 60 hours), which consisted of contents related to `Children Counseling and Psychology Therapy.` The WBTC was evaluated in terms of its effect. The course employed a multimedia audio(video)teaching method. Results showed that the teachers were strongly interested in the web-based training course, however, their abilities in managing the internet were at a basic level. Second, the web-based course was evaluated as appropriate for teachers working in early childhood education. Finally, the web-based course positively affected teachers` abilities to improve their understanding of children and manage various teaching problems.
