소비자법령의 소비자지향성 판단기준에 관한 연구 = The Study on the Consumer Orientation Criteria to Consumer- related Law

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, the government has been assessed the consumer-related legislation in terms of consumer welfare, which is improved consumer-interest inhibiting in consumer-related law. But since research on consumer-oriented assessing methods is not up to the mark, it is limited in assessing consumer laws in terms of consumer-orientation to government policy This research define the consumer-orientation, and establish the point of reference the consumer-orientation in consumer-related legislation on the basis of the contents of consumer problems, consumer sovereignty, consumer right, and consumer policy.
The criteria used here is included in evaluation indicators of 6th fields and assessment criteria of each indicators. and this study presents example to illustrate the evaluation indicators
