참여자 관점에서의 자활사업 체계화 및 활성화 방안 제언 = Suggestions for Systematizing and Revitalizing Self-support Program from the Perspective of Participants

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to understand the current status and problems of self-support programs as a basic social economic model, and to suggest ways to systematize and activate self-support programs from the perspective of participants. To this end, literature review and brainstorming were conducted to derive problems and improvement plans for self-support programs, and the validity of the results was verified through expert advice. The main suggestions are as follows. First, project planning based on the participant database is necessary so that participants can continue to be economically self-reliant. Economic and emotional education and support for participants should be strengthened, and it is required to establish cooperative governance related to self-sufficiency, clearly define roles between institutions, and manage overall business outcomes through cooperation. In addition, to increase consumer awareness and market competitiveness, joint brands of self-support products should be managed and distribution channels with high consumer accessibility should be secured.
